CLIENT NEEDS ANALYSIS

To allow us to continue to improve our programmes we have put together the following needs analysis. The results from this will be used to provide you with the training you want. Individual results and comments will be kept confidential.

Instructions

If you have only been training with us for less than three months fill in only sections A & C. If you have been training for more than 3 months, please fill in section A, B & C. When answering section A use the reasons you originally began training and when answering section B use your current motivations for training.

Section A (For beginners training less than 3 months)

What are the main goals that you would like to achieve in training at our gym?

C.1 I would like more alternative fitness training, using stability ball, elastic training, medicine balls and plyometrics in class.










C.2 I would like more emphasis in class between the cross over of the lessons learnt in training to my life and your career outside the gym.
