Women’s Fusion Kickboxing at Revolution

The women’s only kickboxing class blends, fitness work, circuit training, kickboxing techniques and self defence to make a fun and functional workout.

This goes a step beyond the usual boxercise classes because you are learning the same martial arts skills as are taught in the main classes. Our core kickboxing system, Crazy Monkey (CM®) Boxing is designed to teach defence first and then build from there to give you safe, hands-on experience in kickboxing.

You will build your skills, co-ordination, fitness and confidence while learning to handle yourself under pressure, in– and outside of training.

Every wednesday 7.30-8.30pm.
